You have to apply for a visa to enter China. The process is just ask your friend to provide you an invitation letter and visa notice form firstly, and then go to the China emabssy in Philippines to apply for the visa with the invitation letter, visa notice form, your valiad passport with atleast 6 month validity left and 2 blank pages, a completely and authentically filled visa application from affixed with a passport-sized photo, round-way air ticket and hotel reservation in China.
