About:Chinese Consulate in Vancouver

My father is a Canadian citizen and has the HKSAR passport. He wishes to travel to Beijing. Does he need a visa using the HKSAR passport ?

If he use the HKSAR passport, he will need to apply for a Home-Visiting Certificate.
