About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

To Mr. Alex, thank you for your reply. Can we also apply at the border? How long will it take us to get the visa at the border? My daughter is coming along, she is 14 yrs old, do i need to secure DSWD permit?

You mean to apply for the China visa at the border? it's impossible, you'd better apply for it in Philippines in advance.
By the way, what do you mean by DSWD?
