About:China Eastern Airlines

This is with reference to Flight No. MU5812 on 02 oct 09(dep-0755), from Shanghai to Hongqi, we had a bad experience at the airport. We were waiting in the line for check in for past one and half hour, we were not able to reach the counter in time so we were not allowed to board the plane. We had earlier asked the supervisor in charge (twice), in fact we showed him our tickets also, that we are getting delayed, he would not listen to us and tell us to stand in the line only. The announcements are made in chinese only which is very difficult for a tourist to understand. We were forced to buy new tickets (which were definately expensive) and thus had to board next flight. So, I request authorities to look in this matter and see that no one suffers in this way next time. And separate counters should be made for each flight. So many flights check -in are made at same counters, it will definately cause chaos and harrasment to the passengers.

Yeah, that is really an uncomfortable experience! But madam, so far as I know this is just a website for a booking agency, so it is better for you to solve this problem by visiting the airlines'official website...
