I would be going with 2 Adult and 1 infant and 1 kid.9-Nov-09 2.30 pm > Check in Hong Kong Disney  hotel 3 to 8 pm> Park tour 10-Nov-09 Park Tour11-Nov-09 10 am  > Check out and leave luggage in hotel.  Take MTR to Tung Chung4:00 PM> Back to Disney Hotel and take Taxi to Panorama Hotel12-Nov-09 10 am > Ocean park. Take MTR to Admiralty then walk out of the station and purchase ticket from bus kiosk for 6294.30 pm > Back to Admiralty and to hotel13-Nov-09Morning :  Walk to Science Museum, Stars At AvenueLunch at Charlie Brown Restaurant or Serenade Restaurant at Star FerryAfternoon HarbourCity/Parklane(Are all this place within walkable distance?)14-Nov-0910am Check out.  Take taxi to airport for 1.30 pm flight

Hi, I think your itinerary goes well. Just do it~ It is suggested that you go to the airport a little earlier on the last day since 3.5 hours sounds a little urgently for catching an international flight on weekend.
