I have completed MS Telecom & Networking from peshawar pakistan,Now i am interested to join china for PHD degree in Electronics or TelecommPlease guide me regarding the possible step so that i can fulfill my dream to be a PHD student.

You have to find a Chinese school and apply for an admission letter firstly by yourself or through the China embassy in pakistan.Then apply for a China student visa to enter China.
