i am an Australian citizen living in china Studding and held an entry visa, the information to obtain a student visa after 30 day of entry was unavailable to me to apply for the intended x visa, i now have all my documents but the visa has expired......i am about to pay the 5ooo yuan fine and now are being issued an 'exit visa'out of the country, how much does this cost from the psb? can i travell to hongkong within the 7 days and renew my student visa to re-enter mainland china, i need help with this visa and can find NO information to aid me.

I you have been fined and issued an exit visa because of overstay in China,you may be not alllowed to apply for China visa within a period of time.If you are in Hk now, please contact the visa office of PRC in Hk for exact details.
