About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

As BFAD requirements,I need an authenticated Certificate of free Sale from my suppliers in Guandong and Guangzhou,can I have it authenticated in your office here in Manila? or should I have it authenticated in Chinese Consulate in China?

I think you should have it authenticated in the Philippines embassy in China.
