About:Chinese Embassy in Nepal

I am student of mass communication, and i have just done my bachelors in the same. I am thinking to do my masters in china in mass communication, can you tell me the procedures? will there be any scholarships for nepali students?

You should first apply for an admission letter from a Chinese school yourself or through the China embassy in Nepal.
The scholarship should be applied through the China embassy, too.

I wanted to know, before applying for the admission what are the criteria? what do i need to learn?should i learn anything else except language?

You may be given an exam, but it all depends on the school.
