About:Embassy of Bahrain in China

I am Canadian Citizien working in Oman, I have got visa for my parents come from Beijing to Muscat, I am planning to take them to Bahrain for a tour, what kind of Visa my parents have to apply in Beijing?
I was told by Bahrain Embassy in Muscat that my parents can not apply any kinds of visa to Bahrain from Muscat while they are in Oman

if you will go to Bahrain for a tour, your pareants should appply for a tourist visa from the Bahrain Embassy in Beijing, China.

Kingdom of Bahrain is considered a developed country and we have egovernment site. Therfore, please visit www.bahrain.bh and search for visiting Bahrain. Most nationals can apply through evisa.
