About:Harbin Weather

Good Evening to all!

I just want to ask that Is Harbin a cold city. Because i am going Harbin for engnieering from Pakistan. And i like cold places.

If you come here in winter, please keep you as warm as possible in case of the cold weather. This city is also called Ice City. However, if you come here in summer, the cool air will let you feel so comfortable.
