Hi, I'm planning on going to TW on early November, Will there be sales going on? I'm from Malaysia, would I be able to purchase any clothing that's suitable to Malaysia's climate? Thanks

Usually, Taiwan is still in summer in early Nov, so you're lucky to do summer shopping there~
