My friend is a chinese, she was in sa last year for 6 month for visiting me.when the time she went back to china, she cannot get her deposit from the embassy unless she pay for a "admin fee" for about R2000,00.we dont think that is right,her visa is no any problem.I had write a letter to embassy, a lady called LUCY LIU had replied that is the law.Then, I went to my lawer, he said it is not.He helped us, and he tried to write emails, fax ,phone on my friend's behalf，but the embassy seems like dissappeared, no one answer the emails, no fax rely, no boday answer the phone.
I just feel like that LUCY is palying us.we really dont care about R2000,but paying for something we shouldnt, thats sick
We have totally no idea what we can do next
