Hi; planning to visit Rizhoa shortly. How cani get a personal tour guide and translator? any suggestions?

there are universities certainly you can find someone who can speak english. and i will be back in december if you are still there.
what i recommend is that you don't need any guide. just walk along the beach and get yourself refreshed is good enough
