About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

I have visited China 3 times this year. Recently I heared The embassy stopped issuing visas to Nigerians.
Iam Nigerian and I want to visit China again. So I want to know If the China embassy is refusing Visa to all nigerians just because they have nigerian passports or they have other reasons.

Where did you get the information? I haven't heard of it. You can contact the China embassy to confirm this.
