my company will purchase machine from shanghai factory, and they will send me to trainning about this machine before deliver back to malaysia. what type of visa i should apply are more suitable? is that business visa also suitable to me? i might spend 6 month to a year time there multiple entry. how long can i stay at shanghai if i holding business per entry?

Yes, you can apply for a business visa. the duration of a multiple China visa for 6 months is 30 days for each entry and a multiple China visa for 12 months is 60 days each entry.
