About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

I apply today for business visa and was rejected due to no air tickets and no invitation letter from hoist company in China. But I have my company guarantte letter (I am a director)which was stated in your requirement. Now I download to your website and check. My application has fulfill your requirement. Why your front desk staff has this type of power to impose additional conditions? I am a regular traveller to China in the past twenty years with multiple visa. I have never encountered this type of conditions. We must have visa before we book the air tickets. Do you know air ticket could not be changed once issued.
