About:Taipei Transportation

How do I travel from Taitung to Kaohsiung without taking the overnight train (Chu Kuang) which is about 13 hours? What are the other options other than the above mentioned and plane?

13 hours?! That's imporssible. Take Tze-Chiang Express train, it only needs about 3.5 hours.
