I have been in China for the past 18 months, I am married to a Chinese woman...I want to work now...China told me I would have to return to the USA for a working visa?????? since I am living here now in China could I have a visa company in the USA get it for me with out me having to travel back there?

yes, you can have a visa company in the USA to apply for a work visa on your behalf in the embassy or consulate, you should send all required documents for work visa to the visa company, the visa application form should be filled and signed by yourdelf.
