About:Changchun

My China visa will expired in early Dec 2009, but I plan to go to china from Nov - End Dec.

I need travel visa. Can I renew my visa now? I heard that it's very difficult to renew my visa in China.

If you renew your visa now, your present visa will be expired, only one visa can exist. In fact, renew Chinese visa means apply for a new visa. The present visa can't be renewed, the visa is stamped on the passport, China has not the technology to extend your stay duration on the visa.

BTW, I want to ask the early Dec 2009 is the expiry date of stay duration or the validty of visa?

Thanks for your reply. That means I can apply for a new visa even my current visa not expire yet. Early Dec is the validty of visa.
