I am reporting a Nigeria that resides in China, in Ghauzhou to be precise. His name is Charles Uchenna Onwuteaka alias Enyi China. He goes about collecting money from people claiming to be an agent of some officials of the chinese embassy in Nigeria and some chinese government officials in China. That he has the mandate to process and get visas for intending travellers to china. He has collected money from several people, I know one of his victims personally. This man should be stopped by the chinese embassy and chinese government, unless otherwise they are part of his fraudulent activities.
