Hi, I am a Vietnamese holding EP .And I am planning to go Hong Kong on 19 Nov 2009. But I will be flying back to Vietnam and to Hong Kong from there. Should I apply visa in Singapore? How long I can get my visa from HK Authority and what is the required documents?
