About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

hi,
i am malaysia and have visa applycation permit for stay in thailand for 3 month ,if i bring along my wife and child to stay with me together about 3 month ,shall they need
to apply visa or anyother supporting documentation ,our planing will be 1 nov 2009 .please advise .what shall i need to prepair
