About:Chinese Consulate in Vancouver

Hi there,
I'm wondering if there are lots of people lining up to apply china visa in Vancouver? Today is Oct 16, i heard i need to go to the visa office at at 7am in order to get a number, is it true?

It's said that there are always a long line out of the embassy, so the earlier you go to the embassy the better.
