To get carbon out of the lungs there are plasters that can absorb the carbon through the skin. There is also a bath soak that you can do once a day and it also pulls out the toxins in the tissues.

By the way, you do not need to travel to China to get this done research the local Traditional Chinese Medicine clinics. There is Five Branches Medical Center in San Jose, California and there is one in Santa Cruz, California. They have excellent resources for what you seek.
