I called the Numbers above to inquiry for a Hong Kong Tourist Visa and unfourtunately i was not able to speak with a person to know more about the application process, since i lived in the Philippines but i am from Nicaragua, i do not know if i need a tourist visa. I called 8482396 and press 2 from 4pm to 5pm but i was not able to talk to anyone. Kindly let me know what i need since i already purchased the tickets online and i do not have a visa to go to Hong Kong.
