About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Hi I am a Malaysian and holding Singapore PR.
Anyone know if I can take my parents' passports from Malaysia to Singapore and apply Visa for them? That means there wont be any Social Visit Pass for their passport. Is there any problem?

I think you can do that, but the visa application form must be filled and signed by themselves.
