Question

Hi,I am an Indian resident and working in Shanghai since last one year. Initially my family was also in Shanghai on resident permit (validity till Oct 2009). At present they are in INDIA,I want to bring them back here in November.Can you suggest me that should i get Work visa (Z-visa)or resident permit from China Embassy in New Delhi and  the required documentation for the processing.With thanksVivek

if you are still working in Shanghai, and your work permit and residence permit are still valid , you can apply for a work visa for your family.
