About:Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport

I'll be arriving in Hangzhou on 24/10/2009 on Air Asia at 2210. I presume there will not be anymore shuttle bus service to the city by then. Could someone recommend me an alternative? Taxi is ok? How much would it be roughly? I'll be staying downtown somewhere near Tiyu Chang Rd. Thanks
