I think you's better apply for the visa in your home country, for no body knows when the China embassy in Singapore will issue visas for filipinos again.
Meanwhile, I also heard that the Visa office of PRC in Hk has also stopped issuing visas to filipinos.

Hi Ms Mila,
Were you able to get your visa in the Philippines? I am having the same predicament as you. do you have any clue what they need and want at the embassy? What about the ITR/SSS, were you able to present them as well? I am just going to China for a week training. I would be applying for multiple entries in 6 mos because they might ask to sent me back again in the coming months. thanks.

Hi Ms Mila,
Im holding a Philippine Passport but a PR in Singapore. I applied my China Visa last Sunday 25Oct through Five Star Tour but rejected today 27Oct. They do not know any reason at all. My flight will be on 06Nov, and will be in Shanghai for only 3 days. May I know what happened to your China Visa? Did you get it?
