About:Chinese Embassy in U.K.

Dear Sir or Madam,
We are British citizens shortly to embark on a World Tour. After visiting several other countries, we will be in the Philippines on about the middle of April 2010. We intend to stay with friends on Negros Occidental in the Philippines for a month to six weeks, then we would like to visit China. Can we apply at your Embassy in Manila for our Visitors Visas to China?
Thank you for your help with this matter,
Yours faithfully,
Raymond J Taylor & Hazel Luckings-Maurice
