Hi. I'm Cheri. My friends and I are planning to have a vacation in HK and will go to Shenzhen by Nov 12. We already have a round trip air ticket and our hotel booking is in process. We would like to secure individual china tourist visa but some of us can not come to the consulate office because of work and studies. Can some of his file the application for visa in their behalf? Yes, you can send one representative to the China embassy to apply for the visa for you all on behalf, but the visa application form must be filled and signed by the applicants himdself/herself.
