About:Taiwan Weather

Hi,

I will be travelling to taipei during the 2nd week of dec (15dec-19dec). would the clothes be mostly winter clothings? i'm hoping to catch some summer sales..

No, fall clothes will be ok in Dec. The summer sales has already been ended in the early of this month.
