About:Harbin Weather

Planning to go Harbin from 14 Dec to 24 Dec. What is the weather like around that time? What kind of clothing layers should i wear? is the ice sculptures available for viewing by then? thanks

It will be in the chilly winter already, maybe snow~ So, please wear warm sweater and down jacket. Of course, scarf, hat and gloves will keep you warm. In terms of the annual schedule, the Ice and Snow Festival will be open from Dec. Nice trip!
