About:Embassy & Consulates of Malaysia in China

Hi, Can i help my friend who is staying in Sibu to apply the VISA in KL by using her photocopy of passport?
What can she do if it's not allowed?

you can apply for the visa for your friend on her behalf, but the embassy may requires her original passport.
