About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Hi,
Pls let me know whether my worker need to go personally for renew
his work permit or can get someone on behalf to renew for him,
cause permit expiry date due on Mar'2010.

I'm not sure which country's work permit you are talking about, but I know that the owrk petmit of China is applied by the employer instead of the employee.
