About:Chinese Embassy in Portugal

Do you have any information about if it is possible to adopt a child from China for people resident in Portugal please?

I only know it is possible, since I do met a spanish couple adopted a 3-year-old boy from china last time when I traveled China.
I think you can contac the China embassy in Portugal for detailed info.
