i am going to HangZhou and ShangHai on 27/12/2009 - 02/01/2010? How is the weather during that time. Thanks~

It will be the cold winter then so please take warm clothes with you. But, since close to water, there will not be very serious cold weather, such as snow. Usually, a warm sweater and an overcoat are ok.
