The website doesnt tell you, but you also need to take a photocopy of your passport (the picture page) as well as the passport itself. If you have an Alien ID you also need to provide a photocopy of this as well as the original. As the website doesnt tell you this, it results in you having to line up and wait to use the photocopier which takes additional time. If you get the photocopies beforehand it will save you time and hassle.
