About:Chinese Consulate in Sydney

I am an Iraninan passport holder planning to go Hong Kong for a conference with spousal visa. My husband is going to Iran next week and if I apply for the visa his passport will be hold by the consulate, I don't know what to do for the ticket, if I purchase his ticket we may get into problem. Please guide me.

you can request the express ervice when applying for the visa, then you can get back your husbands passport soon.
