About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

hi, i am a nigerian living in japan with a 3years spouse(married)visa. i have less than six month visa left, in my three year visa. can i apply for chinese visa?

I'm afraid not, since the China embassy requires the passport with at least 6 month validity left. You have to renew your passport firstly.
