About:Chinese Embassy in France

I'm a french ctizen with a blue card in Macau, do i need a visa to China mainland?
What are the requirements for a south african resident? thank you

Yes, you need to apply for a Home Return Certificate for Compatriots from Macao.
As for the requirements, please contact the visa office of the Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China in Macau directly.
