I am Korean, living in Bologna, this Friday I would like to go to Milan for applying china visitor's visa, then is it possible to pick up my visa on 22nd of October? (after a week) because I have a booked flight to Shanghai on the day. please let me know this Friday and next Thursday the office will be opened or not.
