About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

hi to all first, im from the philippines, i have been to hong kong last week from china to exit and get a new china visa but they stop giving visa to filipinos for the time being, off course because of the china national day, they stop giving visa last sept 25. 2009, i went to some agents here and i also go to china embassy here myself but i was rejected,i just want to ask, if someone know when will they issue visa to philippine passport holders again? thanks in advance.
