where is everybody at, i really need help with extending my visa & the fact that they

Where is everybody at, I really need help with extending my Visa & the fact that they always put me through to an empty of is driving me insane. my Visa is expiring soon & when I say soon i mean the 3rd of November & I can't seem to find anyone at the Home Affairs Line. Some one please help.! I can I get through?
