Hi Ms Carrie. Well, if you are looking for a cheap and nice hotel, i'll recommend you to go for the Inns hotel which usually costs around 200RMB

The only place to fit the description of flea market is the Bao Shan Lu area. It is easy to find as its a metro station on Line 3 and 4. It is mostly electrical/computer related junk for sale.

The only other place I know is the Modern Electrical Market Fuxing Lu close to South Shan Xi Lu Metro station. It has 3 or for stores that sell second hand items and it worth a look.
