we are filipino citizens and we will be having our vacation in hongkong on december 23-26, 2009..we planned to go to beijing on the 27th and stay there for two days, do we still need chinese visa? we are all six in the family incng my 16 months old baby..how much would it costs us and when will we apply for visa if needed?

You need a visa to Beijing, you don't need a visa to Hong Kong. You'd better apply for Chinese visa in late November or early December. The single entry tourist visa is PHP 1,400 per passport.
