Get to Hong Kong and stay in Kowloon. Take MTR to Disneyland in the first day. Take MTR at Hung Homg Station to Lo Wu and take Subway Line 1 to Window of the World. Come to SHekou Port from the Window of the World and take ferry to Macau. The last ferry leaves at 19:30. You can stay one night at Macau and get back to Hong Kong by ferry. You decide how long to stay in one place according to the places you want to see. You have one week and the time is sufficient.
