Hello, I plan to visit Dalian in April 2010. What is the climate at that time? What is the best way to visit villages aroung Dalian? Is the downtown center area the bast place to stay to explore the city on foot? Thank you. Dr. Meston

What about tour by bicycle? Staying in the center should be most convenient to explore the city on foot, but the hotel price may be little more expensive.
