I would like to take a trip to Harbin by the end of Dec, can I see the ice and snow sculpture during that time? Besides, I would like to know what's the temperature of Harbin and Dalian during the end of Dec. Appreciate your reply soon.

Yes, you can see the ice and snow sculptures at that time. As to the temperature, it is averagely -16C in Harbin and colder at night. Dalian is much better. It is about 0-10C in Dalian, but windy, which make you feel colder than the actual temperature.
